Checklick, an Athlete Development Tracking System (ADTS), is designed for large organizations delivering programs through their training facilities.  The platform allows you to create skill checklists with the option to give permission to other organizations and their evaluators to license your Athlete Development Programs at a fee determined by you.

Your training facilities are incentivized to use Checklick as a value add service that you provide because they can use the system to manage their training facilities.  Read on to learn more about the benefits of Checklick for your training facilities.

Because you are the owner of your programs, you reap the rewards of having a centralized web based platform to track all evaluation data performed on your programs.  The data you have access to is collected instantaneously so there is no need to request the information from your training facilities.

If you have regional, provincial or state partners whom you'd like to give access to manage the re-licensing on your programs, you can set your programs to be sub-licensed by your partners.

Here's a model of how it works:

When setting up your checklists, you can enter program fee pricing.  The entry field is a textbox field so you can enter the the details of the fee.  (i.e. $5/per person per year or $100/per training facility/per year.)

Similar to entering a fee for your checklist, you can also enter the terms and conditions for your programs.  The entry field is a textbox and there is no limit on the amount of text you can enter.

Checklick does not process the fees for the payments you receive from your Training Facilities however, your dashboard is designed for you to manage your training facility licensing.  You can set expiration dates and manage the entire process from your dashboard.
