The Checklick Managed Services Package is a partnership agreement made between Checklick and your organization to help you launch and deliver your training programs through the Checklick platform.

This partnership which includes resources we dedicate to aid in the delivery of your programs and because of this, the Managed Services Package is only offered as a 1 year minimum commitment.

Checklick will offer the following services for the duration of the agreement.

Services to your Organization include;

• A dedicated Implementation Specialist who will be working with for the duration of this agreement with regular goal setting to attain your goals
• Custom branding of your initial design program materials (includes checklist and credential PDF materials)
• Consulting Services (Creating a financial model, setting up your checklists and Checklick account to maximize data extraction and return on investment)
• Custom Branded Login page
• Weekday phone support for 1 appointed Checklick administrator
• 7 day a week email support
• Platform updates and improvements
• Two (2) hour Checklick training webinars for up to 100 webinar participants
• Access to the Checklick online registration system (Storefront)

Services for your Training Facilities;

• 7 day a week email support
• Our customer service policy is to answer all emails within 24 hours.
• Platform updates and improvements
• Access to the Checklick online registration system (Storefront)

Below is a chart listing the main differences between the Monthly Evaluator package and Manager Services Package.

Our Implementation specialist is designated to work with you through the year and will set out an implementation plan for your entire first year.

Checklick Managed Services pricing is based on an active evaluator/per year*

All Checklick users are subject to the following:

The Implementation specialist will work with you on the following:

• Guide you in how to best setup your programs skill checklists
• Guide you in designing the branding for your program materials
• Create an implementation strategy to launch your programs
• Create a calendar for milestones in launching your programs to your training facilities
• Help design a financial model for you to generate revenues from your programs

• Please note that these policy and terms documents are subject to change, and your continued use of the Checklick platform implies your consent.

The agreement will commence on the Effective Date,  (defined as the date upon which this agreement is signed).  This date will also act as the Subscription Start Date.  The subscription period will remain in effect 1 or more full years until the Subscription End Date.

The managed services invoicing is charged upfront and must be paid prior to the Subscription Start Date or a payment schedule agreed upon with your account manager.

(*an active evaluator is an evaluator who has performed an evaluation on a person’s checklist for that particular year.  An organization may have more evaluators in the system however, your Organization is only billed for active evaluators.)

The Managed Services package includes a fixed number of active evaluators per year agreed upon with your Account Manager.  Each additional evaluator, will be billed on a prorated basis at an per evaluator price/per year agreed upon with your Account Manager.

In Person Training

Checklick will send a staff member/s to deliver a Checklick workshop. The content of the workshop will be tailored to the requests of your Organization, and may include an introductory presentation as well as a hands-on instructor-led seminar using Checklick demonstration accounts.

Fee: $600 (Travel and accommodations are additional and would be reimbursed to Checklick)

Webinar Session

Checklick can also provide a custom tailored 2 hour screenshare webinar for up to 100 participants. The seminar, along with the questions and answer period will be recorded as a video, which your Organization can provide to those who were not able to attend.

Fee: $400/per session

Additional Work

Checklick may provide additional work exclusive of the Managed Services offering at the standard Checklick hourly rate.

Fee: $150/per hour
